That's why we cannot offer any support here. Please check whether the auto tagging function in Google AdWords is enabled and that cost data is applied to the Google Analytics profile." That hasn't solved my problem since both check boxes are checked. It would be good to get in touch with somebody where the filters still work in order to compare settings. Any volunteers? :) This is the response I received from Google so far:
